Principle of PVDF
● Fluororesin PVDF used on KOFLUX products is a polyvinyl pyrrolein which a fluorine atom is replaced with a fluorine atom in a fatty hydrocarbon molecular structure. What is KOFLUX?
● KOFLUX is a heat-curing fluorocarbon resin coating promoted by KGE Chemical in the early 1990s. It is a commodity name registered by KGE.Characteristics
● The combination of PVDF resin and inorganic pigment can provide super weather resistance for more than 20 years.Only KOFLUX SC has new anti-pollution properties

Spray coating - KOFLUX
● The color of existing anodized or tinted aluminum is limited to black and bronze, and it is difficult to obtain a uniform color appearance, especially for aging surfaces.Coating Guidance

KOFLUX energy-saving coating
The energy-saving coating is an infrared-reflecting fluorocarbon coating. It is designed by KGE after dedicated technical R&D and advocacy of "eco-friendly and energy saving" to achieve maximum infrared emission rate without sacrificing the intensity of color after constant technology development and advocacy of "environmental protection and energy saving”.Effectively reducing the energy consumption.
● Compared to traditional coatings, they can reduce the temperature of building exterior cooling by 20 degrees Fahrenheit (about 7 degrees Celsius) or lower by reflecting infrared rays, reducing building cooling energy consumption by up to 40%.It can prolong the service life of metal
The use of the product will maintain the temperature of the outdoor metal building structure within a certain range, and can effectively prevent the metal from causing warpage, bolt bending, component damage, and fading, tarnishing, elasticity reducing, etc. in the thermal expansion and contraction, thereby extending its service life.Physical and chemical properties
